Do you need a little assistance in the kitchen? Take a class and learn a few new tricks, techniques, and recipes that will be just what you need to make cooking an everyday part of your life. I have taught in a variety of venues, including  Ritz Carlton Hotels, Professional Culinary Institutes & as a regular instructor at the Crafty Culinary Arts Kitchen in Muscat, Oman but I believe that the best learning experience comes from using your own counter-tops and equipment, so you’ll be able to execute these new recipes again and again in your own home with your family & friends.


What You’re Getting

Classes are between 1 ½ and 2 ½ hours, depending on the menu, during which time we will prepare 3 dishes start to finish. All menus are custom designed to suit your tastes, skills, and kitchen equipment. Half & full day workshops are also available.



Classes can be held in any kitchen, When you sign up for a class, you will receive a detailed questionnaire to help me learn more about your kitchen layout and equipment. No kitchen is too small to teach in, but also be prepared to use tabletops in living or dining areas as extra class space if required.


Classes are tailored to individual tastes and instructional needs. Each student will receive electronic (soft) copies of the recipes at the end of class. Hard copies of recipes & menus are available.


Scheduling (As of November, 2023

Weekend availability is extremely limited, and may need to be booked months in advance. Please be prepared to enjoy your class on a weeknight and offer three date options when getting in touch, as weekend dates are filling up fast.



Class costs include all fresh ingredients, but not basic pantry items. If your menu choices require specialty ingredients beyond the scope of the sample recipes, supplemental fees may apply. Class options are available for larger parties. To inquire about availability for a big group, please contact me.
